Like I’ve mentioned many times before, I work as a Business Transformation Coach. That means that I help create Success and Sustainability for Female Entrepreneurs who need it. That’s all well and good but what does that ACTUALLY look like?

In this week’s post, I’m taking you behind-the-scenes of my business and showing you exactly how I go from New Client to Raving Fan.

A Day in the Life of a Business Transformation Coach

I start off by really understanding their business. I know that many entrepreneurs focus on their dreams first and then feel as though they are failing because the reality doesn’t match. So, I eliminate the overwhelm by focusing on the business first because, without that, the dream will never become a reality.  Most of our dreams mean that a monetary value is needed for success and of course there are deeper levels of meaning, value and personal achievement too.

Here’s what one of my clients had to say about my 5 Power Principles for Female Entrepreneurs Programme; “Traci’s Principles are absolutely crucial in the daunting and sometimes lonely process of growing your own business”

Of course, each client is different but I’m going to take you step-by-step through my process of putting together my plans and supporting my client through this transformation.

My Process for Business Transformation

Step 1: Figuring out what the client needs.

I start off with a Business Breakthrough call with my client where we lay out her goals, how much time she has and what her current schedule looks like. I know I’m working with some Mums so it can be all over the place and they need to be flexible. I show how to create a plan that honours their kids’ schedules or other commitments and the way they work from day-to-day.

Step 2: If a good fit, the next step is access to the 5 Power Principles Programme. Which is a comprehensive training for entrepreneurs to have alignment in all areas of their business from their message to marketing to success to sustainability.

Step 3: Group coaching and coursework support. As a busy entrepreneur, you know there is always a ton of decisions to make on a daily basis. I don’t want to add to that thinking which is why I focus on making it super easy to access the support and guidance you desire. Coursework can be submitted for review. Instant feedback is available during the Group Coaching calls; specific to your business and experiences. You will finally receive support from those that understand you and can really help.

Step 4: Dedicated Facebook Group. Daily check-ins in your dedicated Facebook group. I know that it’s not feasible for an entrepreneur to stop everything she’s doing and get support when she needs it. That’s why you can get daily support and coaching via the facebook group.

Feeling like you want help deciding on which software to use, or having a moment when it all feels as though it’s getting too busy and your to-do list is bigger than you are comfortable with, procrastinating and feeling stuck without being able to move forward, need to make a new plan to incorporate a change that was completely out of your hands, wondering if you really should outsource that task that has been holding you back? Hit me up first and if I am not instantly available there are numerous other like-minded people to come to your aid.

Okay, that’s how it looks as a member of The 5 Power Principles Programme. Of course, each client is different but the goal is to provide you with the foundational blueprint for business success and sustainability without more overwhelm and stress.

This program is for female entrepreneurs who want business success but can’t afford (and don’t want to) quit, give up on their dreams and go back to the employed or corporate world.

It’s for entrepreneurs who want to feel energised and want to look in the mirror and feel successful and proud of what they are seeing.

If that describes you, let’s talk…
